Expensive - Looking to screw retail customers

Was looking to rent space here during a renovation, and bought some way overpriced boxes that I didn't need and looked to return and would not provide refund. Went to West Coast storage instead. Genuine people looking to provide customer service and win incremental sales.

Great Storage Facility!

We have had cause to rent many storage units over the years and this was the cleanest and most convenient. Especially appreciate the raised loading dock that eases the strain of loading and unloading.

Best storage experience EVER!

I was extremely pleased with this new facility, it’s customer service and friendliness especially during this challenging time of COVID-19. Kourtney was helpful and stuck to every offer made, as I transferred from one unit to the next! Plus I received a nice coffee mug, a nice tag for my key and smiles all the way around!

Good promo price for 6 months, hassle to start

The first girl I talked to on the phone was great, minus reserving me a van instead of a truck. When I went in, my payment card for the unit wouldn't work with the Uhaul system, my first free lock wouldn't work, and it took almost 2 hours to get my unit and smaller than needed and requested Uhaul, leading me to need to pay for an extra day, extra fuel, and extra mileage. After all of that, I never got the chance to enter the drawing for the tv or stocking I was informed of by 2 different employees.

Brand new building, great deals!

Excellent customer service! Staff is super friendly and move-in specials are amazing! Love the convenience and the kind and knowledgeable staff! A bit of construction still going on but is obviously only temporary and not a long-term concern.
