Disappointing

Literally no one is there during business hours. It's not in the safest area. The storage units are old and the floors were dirty. I did not feel great about renting this place.

May was excellent. She walked me through the process, showed me the space and answered all my questions. Everyone was super nice and made me feel welcomed and cared for. I feel I got the best deal for what I needed. I am very satisfied with my rental and purchases. I will definitely recommend Public Storage.

Great storage place!

Marie at the front desk was great to work with. She explained evetything and was very helpful. The unit I chose is a 5x7 and perfect for what I need. I needed to put some things in on the 4th and was pleasantly surprised to find it open :) I would recommend this storage facility in a heartbeat!

Marie and the Lake City Staff are Terrific!

Marie the manager and her excellent service captivated me to using Lake City Way Public Storage. Along with Marie, Henry and Chuck also chipped in with their superb service and advice when I approached them with my storage needs. I first shopped at Public Storage in Lake City for moving materials and due to the friendly and helpful staff, it was almost impossible to use anyone else when the demand of a storage unit came up at a company meeting. I shared my experience with my superiors who were delighted to hear about Public Storage's great service and encouraged me to continue to use the Lake City Public Storage location for all of our storage and moving needs.

Such a great experience! I went in needing a storage unit, the one I originally intended on getting was way more room then I needed (I am not the best with measurements) and so Marie was helpful as can be and not only showed us a unit that was perfect size for our things but also saving us money and saving room for others that need it! Companies who have amazing representatives and workers like Marie have hit the jackpot. She actually wanted to help us and did in fact help us offered a different storage unit not only saving me money but she helped Public Storage gain a loyal customer! She was also very quick, efficient, trusting and had us in and out in 20 minutes. She served us so we'll, so helpful and ready to serve, or her first question beside how our days was going was how much stuff we had and showed us the unit that fit best first thing! Also, not sure how long the special is going on for but you only pay $1 for the first months rent- not including mandatory insurance, lock fee, and one time Service Fee. Thank you Marie and Public Storage! ?

i'll start by saying that the employees there are very nice, it's not my first time to deal with the public storage and i like when you go to a place and find people know what they doing.. they follow the policy and the rules very professional and this is fine with me.. but the lady was helping me she was so nice and professional .... 2 Thumbs UP for Marie the manger.

These guys are Lifesavers! I was on huge time pressure when I found Public Storage, and I was amazed and blessed that Marie and Henry helped my sort out everything I need in an hour. I've never used a storage before, and I went for a huge storage space when reserving online. Marie explained in detail and suggested a smaller storage space for me which not only saved by budget but also helped me planned my moving process wisely. She saved my time and effort so I could focus on my finals.

We arrived from out of town to close our storage unit. Marie and Mike helped us providing a place to move the items to that were outside the building where they could be picked up by 1-800-got-junk. They also ensured we had water (including my dog) and made it easy for us to unload the storage. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I have been a customer at this Public Storage for 2-3 years. My summary - "Baby, you've come a long, long way!" Thanks to the Herculean efforts and pleasant persistence of the current manager Marie, two of the broken bay doors are again functioning, restoring this to a more user-friendly storage building. The break-ins are now history - for easily a year now - and I don't foresee them returning. More lighting is being installed, and I really see the improvement in the bay areas - it gets dark early and frequently during our Seattle winters. The building is cleaner and brighter. In addition, Marie is a very welcoming, helpful employee, who enjoys working here and welcoming customers. I find the staff consistently welcoming and pro-active in meeting customer needs. Thank you for the improvements.

I rented a space a couple of weeks ago from this facility, and was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Paul B really helped me, and he informed me that the property manager, Marie, also deserved credit for the operation of the property. Paul took a real interest in my moving situation, and helped me find the exact right size unit, and in the best available location in the building. Access hours are somewhat limited but I can deal with that. My moving day was very stressful, but the calm and friendly attitude of the staff made things just a little easier.
