I believe there are several buildings containing units on four floors so there are many spaces available Everything is spotlessly clean the hallways and units. A little more expensive than I was hoping since they make you pay lock and insurance You don't really get The great you think you're going to get but you go through with it cuz you're already to that point.

Customer service is the worst.
Aside from being stuck in an elevator twice at this location the customer service has been the worst I've ever seen at public storage before there was a gal who called me from the Lynnwood branch who was following up before I got into my unit to make sure that it all went smoothly and she was awesome other than that people that I have dealt with at the actual location where I'm running from have been rude on top of not being very good at providing me with service that I pay for

Convenience, Cost, and Courtesy
The convenience, courtesy, and cost is why I chose Public Storage. It is located conveniently for my wife and I. The staff are very courteous and answered every one of my questions. And the cost of the unit exactly what we were looking for.

Quick, easy and pleasant experience, the employee listened and found my exact location and space specs needed. Rave about this company to all- have leased from them over 15 years but never long term though,1 year at the longest. I luv the $1 deal, best deal in the industry!

Desperate times call for uneasy measures
Recently moved to this cheaper option. Was denied a walk through during move in with no explanation. Annoyed by that, my code not working and finding a cup of urine in front of my unit. What the heck? Doubt the bathrooms are open and want that to be due to COVID19 but it doesn't seem to be the case. Looking forward to moving back to a climate control facility in a less busy location. Would recommend location to anyone in a bind.

I believe the front desk lady was named...
I believe the front desk lady was named Rose. She was friendly, humorous and down to earth. She was extremely detailed and helpful. The facility is clean and I am happy with the storage size and economical price. The only thing I don't like is that my code has so many numbers which makes it hard to memorize and it was annoying keep putting the code in EVERY time I had to get into the elevator. Other than that? I am highly satisfied

The guy who checked me in was very friendly, he was alone at the counter. I found him thorough on things that didn't seem as important as other things. For example he read out the entire legal document, but misspelled my email and phone number - which I caught later.
He also looked up and asked each person/group who entered if their question was quick. There were no quick questions. He addressed and helped 5 groups of people which distracted him and extended the amount of time he spent with me.
I saw him as being very helpful, but it was a bit misguided to pause me and get fully in to other issues, rather than asking people to wait.

Easy and Affordable!

I recently had items stored for a month at this Public Storage location. There were some initial confusion but I was able to get a storage unit & Rose was incredibly helpful to make sure that I was not charged for an additional month! I would definitely recommend this location. It also very easy to find.

Experience was above and beyond; Rose was fabulous with my move-in, staff is friendly and most helpful. The only consideration which makes this 4-star and not 5, is: two out of the four trips I've made to unload my car, there have been no carts available, so I have to leave and come back, often very inconvenient.

Good service in setting up account but lack of carts.
Was satisfied as to the facilities and availability and the account was set up in a very timely manner. It appears to be a very popular storage area as people are coming and going all the time. We were able to get into our unit with no problem but feel that available carts are lacking on the floor. Thankfully we had our own cart. One was in use but feel that there should be more than one cart for usage. Believe that in most cases that would be standard to have a cart for belongings coming and going. There was only one elevator working but contacted the manager and she was responding in a very timely manner to alert for some maintenance. Thank You

Good storage great location
It is a good storage facility that is in the best location for me, less than 3 miles from our house. Cleanliness of the facility is very good but there is a lack of good turning radii around the property; some corners will be a challenge to get a trailer around.

Wow, fast and available on the same day
I contacted Public Storage to move furniture out of the family home. I ran out of time, and I called them to ask if I could move in within 4 hours. They accomodated me, had the right size and helped with the size selection of indoor versus outdoor. They were efficient and helpful. I am happy.

Personal belongings Tetris.
The move in registration was very easy after doing the express check-in online. The loading dock and storage unit were in great condition. The only issues I had were navigating the carts around the corners of the inside building and finding the perfect way to fit my stuff in my space.

excellent introduction, too early to really know about security
Both Rose and Sibbina were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I haven't reviewed earlier because it's really too early to rate the security and reliability of the service. More importantly it required joining either Google or Yelp which I do not want to do. I am uncomfortable exposing private information online and I find the cookie statement below to be of concern. Clearly many companies as well as the government have been unable to protect consumer data. Since you're in the storage and security industry I'm sure you can understand why I'm reluctant to provide more information. Suffice it to say my experience with Public Storage employees and service so far have been first rate. The only negative I've experience has been the persistent badgering for reviews! How do I get you to stop?

I run a business where I very often have large amounts of items short term, and need to store yet have access to them, the staff here is very knowledgable with the sizes needed and the best deals for my money, they call me after renting each unit to make sure I'm happy with it. Great service

Excellent service and great location with a big variety of units.
Rose and the rest of the staff are always eager to help you with your requests. I have used several different storage facilities in Seattle and the is by far my favorite. The staff are responsive and helpful and the units are always dry and clean. Thanks for being a cut above the norm!
