Worked out well
We needed to clear belongings from an apartment on the weekend we were in Spokane. It was hard to find a 5 x 10 late in the month, but we managed to get one at ABC West Spokane. The price is a little high but we didn't have much choice for the weekend we needed. We were told a free truck was available when we called on the previous day, but when we got there it was not available. Fortunately we were advised that Uhaul was just down the road, and it all worked out well. Both the Uhaul van and the 5 x10 were the perfect size for our belongings. It was great to get everything taken care of in one day.

An Easy Solution to Complicated Situation !
It's been a rough 4-5 months for everyone,and I found myself in situation which has prevented me from returning to my primary residence in BC due to border closure! So,after couch surfing 4 1/2 months out in VT with family, I finally returned to Spokane to sell my small place here and will be moving to my daughter's place in the hopefully near future.
I needed a storage place quickly for some furniture & I'm TRYING to keep things simple for now.
I found this place on line and the rest just fell into place. Reservation was easy. I called and then drove out there for the paperwork. Christa was the employee who took care of me and she not only make the process easy but she was just truly delightful to work with ! The unit I rented is clean and had no musty odors and the whole site seems very safe and clean. Thank you for making at least one thing in this crazy situation at a difficult time, a "breeze" for me.

I have rented space with this location periodically in the last 10 years. Management is always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The units are easily accessible and the interior hallways and exterior driveways are very clean and wide enough to ensure easy maneuvering of items in and out of the units.

They were fast and courteous, during moving day I had to get the next size up so my load of stuff brought in by others had to wait while I arranged my unit. The staff was very helpful and we got it done fast so we could get our stuff put away.

Amazing Experience
The staff was amazing. The facility was clean and offered so many amenities. They were extremely accommodating. We are brand new to the area and the staff was so helpful. They took the time to talk with us and answer our questions about the area that had nothing to do with our storage. Compared to California... ABC Mini Storage makes everything look horrible.

Not bad but not great.
Great price but the unit I had was extremely difficult to access with a large truck. The roads are terrible - hills and bumps and valleys. A few of the access roads are insanely nartow. It's not a bad place if you need something fast but otherwise, I'd try to find something else.

My experience was alright. The women at the front desk knew her stuff and got things done quickly.
I have to say that the only thing I had an issue with was the front desk clerk's bedside manner. She does her job well, but made me feel like I was an idiot several times during my short interaction with her. Once when I couldn't find the locks on the wall. She pointed to the wall from her chair and shortly said "Locks". Then forgot to give me the code to the gate to get in. Little things, but enough to leave an impression. She does her job well, she is fast, and knows her stuff. Just a little crass, and short with her language to customers. The facility itself is nice, well secured and not too far away from where I'm living now. Overall an okay experience.: )

Quick, easy, painless, no hassle. Great customer service! Even upgraded with no problem when i chose wrong size.

Secure, clean and the people could not be nicer!
Super friendly people, answered my several calls promptly so I was able to get all my questions answered and arrange a storage unit on moving day. This place is huge, has units of every size and type. They found me an outside unit to facilitate unloading after a long day's drive. Could not have been nicer. Highly recommend this very secure mini-storage!

Not a bad value, but price noted on Sparefoot was not the priced charged when I arrived.
I was looking for a simply space (Outside, uncovered, long) to store my Expedition and trailer that I use for hauling my classic cars. On Sparefoot it was listed at $55.00 a month which seemed to be a very reasonable price for something that was basically a parking space. When I arrived I was told that the price was $65.00.
Other than that little issue the I think everything has been just fine so far. Joe, the man that helped us, was very nice. Made the transaction quick and easy and even outlined other options for us in the future in case we wanted to later move to a covered parking area.
Facility seems secure and clean. Very tight entrance though. Basically just one lane for about 500 feet so you have to be aware of anyone else coming or going as you would need to stay back from the gate due to no room to pass inside that 500 feet driveway.
