I love the storage facility on 134th...
I love the storage facility on 134th st. It's clean, personnel are curtious and friendly. Gates are open until 9 pm, some close at 6. Lighting is great inside and outside. I would recommend it to everyone. Prices are reasonable.

I have rented from Public Storage on and off for years! I have rented spaces all over the Portland Vancouver area.
There is something very special about this location.
And I know I can pay online but going in person is so much fun. Cyndi always has time for me and everyone. I really dont know how she keeps that property so dialed in.
Like I said. Ive rented storage for years around Portland/Vancouver and this is once of the nicest, neatest,cleanest and most friendly storage facility's and its because of the awesome Poperty Manager Cyndi A.

I visited three storage facilities before meeting Cindy at Public Storage just off 78th and I-5 in Vancouver. Cindy by far exceeded my expectations and her friendliness exceed those visited previously. She was fun to talk to and she knew her buisness and was very helpful in setting up our rental agreement. Awesome personality!

Cyndi is awesome. Total sweetheart. I have been renting a storage unit here for almost 2 years, and she has always been the total professional, yet she is so personable, that she even remembers me not only on sight, but even by voice. I will be here for as long as I have need for storage.

Just What I needed
Fantastic service. When I sold my home and had not bought another, PS was there to make my life easier. I was able to store my belongings until I found another home. Easy move in and easy move out.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who made my reservation for me, I just know he was based out of California. He was amazing!! He took the time to check other facilities to find me a lower rate and unit that was convenient for me rather than selling me something with too much space at a higher price. He was very knowledgable, helpful and extremely patient. Once at the storage location it was a breeze! Paperwork was waiting for me. Took maybe 10min and I was given a key and moving my belongings! I always say you get what you pay for! I'd rather spend the extra couple dollars to be taken care of and respected at a nice faculty.

It is expected these days for customer service to be anything but. Not in this case. Everyone, I'll say it again everyone we've had the pleasure to speak and deal with at this location has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife and I get everything we need. When we walk in the door, and this is something you don't see often, there are people behind the counter who seem to enjoy where they work. To the staff at this location, Hazel Dell (?)
